Consulting · platforms · our own products

We implement enterprise platforms — and build AI-native ones.

Enterleap rebuilds enterprise service management on ServiceNow — strategy through run. And when a problem has no product behind it, we ship one ourselves. Evid.AI is the first.

Platform

ServiceNow — ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC

Depth

CMDB, CSDM, discovery and service mapping

AI

GenAI agents inside real workflows, not demos

Reach

01 · how we're built

Two arms. One operating discipline.

Most consultancies stop at the slide. Most product companies have never run an enterprise. We do both, and each one keeps the other honest.

The consulting arm

We do the transformation work ourselves

Architects and process owners, not a bench. We assess where the platform actually is, design the target, build it, and stay to run it.

Platform strategy, architecture and roadmap

Implementation, migration and process redesign

Managed services, CoE and continuous improvement

The product arm

What we couldn't buy for clients, we built

Every audit cycle we watched teams rebuild the same evidence by hand. So we shipped Evid.AI — operations in, audit-ready evidence out.

Incidents, changes, complaints, approvals, attestations

Evidence mapped to ISO 27001, SAMA CSF, ISO 9001

Bilingual EN/AR, white-label per tenant

02 · our product · evid.ai

Do the work. The evidence builds itself.

Teams run everyday operations inside Evid.AI — incidents, changes, complaints, approvals, attestations. Compliance evidence is generated as a byproduct, mapped to your frameworks the moment work happens.

No scramble before the audit. No consultants reconstructing last year.

Control coverage · one square per control

Evidenced Partial No source yet

ISO/IEC 27001:2022 · 93 controls · illustrative

03 · services

Four ways we engage. All of them end in something that runs.

S/01

Consulting & strategy

Where the platform should go, what it costs to get there, and which of your current customisations to kill. Assessment, business case, roadmap.

S/02

Implementation & transformation

New modules, upgrades, migrations and process redesign — delivered in increments a business can absorb, with adoption planned from day one.

S/03

Managed services & operations

We keep the platform healthy after go-live: release management, backlog burn-down, health scans, and a roadmap that keeps moving.

S/04

Architecture & platform strategy

Integration patterns, data model, CMDB and CSDM foundations, and the governance that stops the platform drifting back into chaos.

04 · solutions

Packaged solutions, one product of our own.

05 · accelerators

Six accelerators, so no project starts at zero.

Repositories, indices and assessments we've built over repeated programmes. Yours on day one of an engagement.

Services

We are accountable for the thing working, not the deck that described it.

Four engagement shapes. Small senior teams. Fixed increments with something usable at the end of each one.

S/01

Consulting & strategy

An honest read on where your platform is, what it's costing you, and the sequence that gets you out. We will tell you when the answer is "do less".

What you get

Current-state assessment across process, platform and data

Target operating model and licence-aware business case

Prioritised roadmap with the decommission list included

Accelerated by MaturityIQ and InsightScan

S/02

Implementation & transformation

New modules, upgrades, consolidations and migrations — shipped in increments the business can absorb, with adoption designed into the plan.

What you get

ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, GRC and custom workflow builds

Legacy tool migration and data cleansing

Process redesign against a documented target model

Change and enablement via NaviGET

S/03

Managed services & operations

Go-live is the start of the platform's life, not the end of the project. We run the release cadence, the backlog and the health of the thing.

What you get

Application support with agreed response and resolution targets

Release and upgrade management, including family upgrades

Platform CoE setup, standards and demand intake

Quarterly health scan and improvement backlog

S/04

Architecture & platform strategy

The unglamorous layer that decides whether everything above it survives: data model, integrations, CMDB, and the governance that holds the line.

What you get

Reference architecture and integration patterns

CSDM alignment, CMDB design and discovery strategy

Technical debt and customisation reduction plan

Design authority and governance model

How we engage

Three commercial shapes, no hidden bench.

Fixed-scope assessment

Two to four weeks. A defensible baseline, a costed roadmap, and a recommendation you can take to the board.

Delivery increments

Scoped increments with acceptance criteria agreed up front. Each one leaves production better than it found it.

Retained capacity

A named team on a monthly envelope for support, releases and continuous improvement.

Solutions

One product of our own. Seven packaged solutions on ServiceNow.

Everything here has been built and run in a live enterprise before it appeared on this page.

Six accelerators come with the engagement

ServiceXcelerate, MaturityIQ, WorkflowNavigator, NaviGET, CSDM360 and InsightScan — the repositories and assessments behind every delivery.

Evid.AI Built by Enterleap

Do the work. The evidence builds itself.

An AI-native compliance and operations platform. Organisations run everyday operations inside it — and audit-ready evidence is generated as a byproduct, mapped to their frameworks the moment work happens.

01 · the problem

Compliance is reconstructed, not recorded.

The work happens in email, chat, spreadsheets and three different tools. Then audit season arrives and someone spends six weeks assembling proof that the work happened at all.

We watched this cycle repeat across client after client. The tooling to prevent it did not exist at a price the mid-market could pay. So we built it.

02 · the mechanism

Evidence writes itself — as a byproduct of the work.

01

A person reports something or completes a task. Chat-first intake, no training needed.

02

The engine routes it, holds the SLA clock, and enforces the approval mode — any, all or quorum.

03

Every step lands on an immutable record timeline with a human-readable number.

04

The record is mapped to the controls it satisfies. Nothing to assemble later — never stored elsewhere, never fabricated.

03 · what teams run inside it

Everyday operations, one platform.

IN000247

Incidents & changes

Queues, SLA clocks, triage and timelines an auditor can read.

CC000112

Complaints & quality

Intake through resolution, with the corrective action tracked to close.

RSK000038

Risk & policy

Registers, policy lifecycle and attestation campaigns at scale.

APR · quorum

Approvals

Any, all or quorum — enforced by the engine, not by convention.

04 · frameworks

Walk into any audit already ready.

Every record is mapped to the controls it evidences. Coverage is a live view, not a quarterly exercise: evidenced, partial, or no source yet.

05 · why through enterleap

The people who built it are the people who implement it.

Evid.AI is our product, so there is no partner layer between your requirement and the roadmap.

Configured to your frameworks

We map your controls, evidence sources and approval rules during onboarding — the same work we've done in consulting for years.

Integrated with what you run

Sits alongside ServiceNow and your existing estate rather than demanding a rip-and-replace.

Roadmap you can influence

Early customers shape what gets built next. We say plainly what exists today and what does not.

The full product lives at evidai.co

Module detail, security posture, pricing and a demo request — all on the product site.

About

A small firm of practitioners who got tired of watching good platforms rot.

Enterleap Consulting was founded by service management practitioners. We do enterprise transformation work on ServiceNow, and we build our own products when the market leaves a gap.

How we work

Four commitments, stated plainly.

01

Senior people, on the work

The architect in the assessment is the architect in the build. No handover to a team you never met.

02

We say no to scope that won't work

If the sequence is wrong or the foundation isn't there, we say so before the statement of work, not during the retrospective.

03

Accelerators, not blank pages

Process repositories, maturity indices and health scans built over repeated programmes. You start from a baseline that already works.

04

We build what we recommend

Evid.AI exists because we kept recommending something nobody sold. Product work keeps our advice grounded in what it costs to actually ship.

Careers

We hire consultants who can build, and builders who can sit with a client.

Small teams, real ownership, and product work alongside delivery. Send your CV and a note about what you last shipped.

Insights · blogs & research papers

We only write about work we've actually done.

Field notes from live programmes — what worked, what we'd sequence differently, and what the vendor slide left out.

What we write about

Four subjects, because they're the four we work in.

T/01

AI inside workflows

Where agents genuinely reduce handling time, and where they add a review step.

T/02

Platform health & debt

Customisation debt, upgrade pain, CMDB accuracy and what they cost per year.

T/03

Compliance as byproduct

Recording evidence as work happens instead of reconstructing it before an audit.

T/04

Service operating models

GBS, SIAM and shared services — how the model holds up once volume arrives.
