This policy explains how Enterleap Consulting ("Enterleap", "we") handles information on our website, enterleap.com. We've kept it plain-English and honest — because we build and implement compliance systems for a living, and we hold ourselves to the same bar.

Information we collect

When you contact us. If you submit the enquiry form, we collect your name, work email, an optional phone number, and your message. We use these only to reply to you and, if it goes further, to have a conversation about working together.

Automatically. Like any website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and timestamps) for security and to keep the site running. These are not used to identify or profile you.

Cookies and tracking

We do not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or any third-party tracking. The only thing we store on your device is a small preference that remembers your cookie/consent choice (so we don't ask again on every visit). It contains no personal data and is not shared with anyone. You can change or clear this choice at any time using the button below.

Third-party services

To run the site we rely on a small number of reputable providers. When your browser loads the site, some of them necessarily receive your IP address:

• Vercel — hosts and serves the website (and keeps the server logs described above).
• Resend — delivers the email when you submit the contact form (your form details pass through Resend to reach us).
• Google Fonts — the site's typefaces are loaded from Google, which receives your IP to serve them.
• Background video — the decorative homepage video is served from our own site, not a third party, so no external service receives your IP for it.
• LinkedIn / X — linked from our footer. These only receive information if you click through to them.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising, and we don't allow these providers to use it for their own marketing.

How long we keep information

We keep contact enquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting correspondence, then delete them when they're no longer required. Server logs are retained by our host for a short period for security purposes.

International transfers

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country. We only use established providers that offer appropriate safeguards for handling personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you've sent us, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Just email info@enterleap.com and we'll act on it promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and revise the date at the top.
